DaPTEMCOS Member U-Talkmore Service Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the DaPTEMCOS Member U-Talkmore Service. By registering for and using this service, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

The U-Talkmore Service is available only to eligible members or approved subscribers of DaPTEMCOS. Registration is subject to successful verification and approval by DaPTEMCOS.

2. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in the rejection, suspension, or termination of your subscription without prior notice.

3. Use of the Service

The U-Talkmore Service is intended solely for lawful communication purposes through the Airtel Closed User Group (CUG) platform. Subscribers shall comply with all applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Airtel Nigeria's service policies.

4. Subscriber Responsibilities

• Keep your SIM card and personal credentials secure.
• Protect your phone from unauthorized use.
• Immediately report any lost or stolen SIM card.
• Ensure your registration details remain accurate.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes.

5. Prohibited Activities

Subscribers shall not use the U-Talkmore Service for any unlawful activity including but not limited to:

• Internet fraud.
• Identity theft.
• Cybercrime.
• Financial fraud.
• Money laundering.
• Harassment or intimidation.
• Transmission of malicious software.
• Unauthorized access to computer systems.
• Distribution of illegal content.
• Any criminal activity prohibited under Nigerian law.

DaPTEMCOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any subscription suspected of unlawful activities and may cooperate with law enforcement agencies where required by law.

6. Subscriber Indemnity

The subscriber acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for every activity carried out using their Airtel U-Talkmore SIM card.

The subscriber agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DaPTEMCOS, its Management, Directors, Officers, Employees, Agents, Representatives, Partners, and Affiliates against any claims, investigations, liabilities, losses, damages, fines, penalties, legal proceedings, judgments, or expenses (including legal fees) arising directly or indirectly from:

• Fraud.
• Cybercrime.
• Identity theft.
• Money laundering.
• Financial crimes.
• Criminal activities.
• Unauthorized communications.
• Any unlawful use of the subscriber's Airtel SIM card.

DaPTEMCOS serves only as the administrator and facilitator of the U-Talkmore membership registration. Accordingly, DaPTEMCOS shall not be liable for any criminal, fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activities committed by a subscriber through the use of their Airtel U-Talkmore SIM card or account.

7. Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA)

DaPTEMCOS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of subscribers' personal information in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA), and other applicable laws.

By registering, you expressly consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information solely for purposes including:

• Member registration.
• Identity verification.
• Activation of the Airtel U-Talkmore Service.
• Customer support.
• Fraud prevention.
• Security monitoring.
• Regulatory compliance.
• Service administration.

Your information will only be disclosed where required by law, to Airtel Nigeria for service delivery, or to competent regulatory or law enforcement authorities acting within their legal powers.

DaPTEMCOS will implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or destruction.

8. Website Usage

Users of the DaPTEMCOS registration portal shall not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to the website.
• Hack or interfere with the website.
• Upload malicious software or viruses.
• Use automated bots without authorization.
• Submit false registration information.
• Attempt to compromise website security.

Any unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension of access and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

DaPTEMCOS shall not be liable for Airtel network failures, service interruptions, delays, third-party system failures, SIM misuse, unauthorized use of subscriber credentials, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the U-Talkmore Service.

10. Amendments

DaPTEMCOS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the U-Talkmore Service after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nigeria.

Subscriber Declaration

By clicking "I Agree", I confirm that:

• I have carefully read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
• I voluntarily agree to be bound by them.
• I certify that the information provided during registration is true and accurate.
• I consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023.
• I understand that I am solely responsible for all activities conducted using my Airtel U-Talkmore SIM card.
• I agree to indemnify and hold DaPTEMCOS harmless against any liability arising from my unlawful, fraudulent, criminal, or unauthorized use of the Airtel U-Talkmore Service.
